For Leaders
We are not neutral. We mean organizations who are on an explicit journey to make their internal practices and external ways of working more expressive of social justice values, including dismantling racism and oppression in all forms. This includes service organizations, advocacy organizations, intermediaries, arts organizations--any group working intently to activate social justice strategies across their bodies of work.

We do. Our consulting services support leaders in orienting to the power of linking strategy, structure, and decision-making. We help with refining organizational strategies so that they serve as compelling sources of alignment and accountability. We guide you in reconfiguring staff to drive those strategies. We also train your staff to use our software. And then, we are here for ongoing support and tune-up's as you progress.
Yes. We believe that the framework of braiding strategy, structure, and decision-making is invaluable to justice organizations regardless of their use of our software. That said, the successful integration of all three of those elements is an everyday endeavor that requires a system for capturing, engaging, and ongoing learning. Our software has been purpose-built for that. We are constantly improving the technology to best support justice organizations.
No, there isn't. There is an evaluation process that helps us to assess together if JustOrg Design is a good fit for your organization. It begins with our Readiness Reflection. Once you've taken the Readiness Reflection and have the desire to explore further, we would love to hear from you and guide you through next steps.
